| LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Lottery Commission has voted down a motion to get rid of lottery director Ernie Passailaigue. The commission went into closed session at the end of a meeting in which members criticized Passailaigue for his decision to grant compensatory time to salaried employees without clearance from the panel.
